Same-day order processing
Orders received by 3:00 p.m. are processed the same day, with delivery on the following day. We provide two delivery attempts and full management of undelivered parcels, with fast redelivery. More and more shipments are handled through pickup point networks, and we are moving in this direction as well to offer solutions that are even more convenient and sustainable.
Real-time tracking
The entire process is managed through DAP LINK, the platform that integrates data flows with every courier and provides real-time visibility on shipment status, with constantly updated tracking. In case of anomalies, our clients access the couriers’ premium channels and benefit from a fast lane, thanks to the direct intervention of our in-house customer care team, which is always connected with the carriers’ support teams.
