With the Merchant of Record (MoR) service, Dap Sides fully manages the sale of your products – for example on eBay – as if they were consigned goods stored in our warehouse. We use our own space and logistics: it’s as if we buy from you and sell on your behalf.
In reality, we do much more:

- You remain the owner of the products until the sale, while we prepare the order, manage shipping and oversee the payment flow.
- Every month you receive a detailed report of sales and movements: quantities sold, net revenues, costs and performance.
In practice, Dap Sides takes on the role of Merchant of Record: the legal and tax entity that sells on your behalf and manages everything related to payments, VAT and regulatory compliance.
