DAP LINK is the logistics portal developed by Dap Sides to give clients a complete, always up-to-date view of every activity related to their products.
It works as a frontend connected to our WMS, providing secure, real-time access to warehouse, orders, and shipments.
The interface is simple and intuitive, designed so anyone can consult and manage information independently. Navigation is guided by a side menu that makes access to all sections fast and straightforward.
The main dashboard immediately shows how orders are performing over the year, with their respective statuses (in preparation, shipped, delivered, etc.) and key indicators such as delivery rate, useful for assessing overall efficiency.
The Orders section is the core of the system: here you can monitor tracking, follow shipments, and manage new order entries, both manually and via bulk Excel imports. If products are unavailable, the application immediately highlights the “Out of stock” status with details of the SKUs involved.
Additional sections are dedicated to returns and production orders, displayed in table format for clear, immediate reading.
The products (SKUs) area is constantly synchronized with the WMS, providing a real-time snapshot of stock levels. You can also record inbound goods with the same ease as inserting orders, keeping physical and digital movements perfectly aligned.
From a technology standpoint, DAP LINK natively integrates e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and carriers via API, automatically importing orders from different sales channels. At the same time, it exposes dedicated API endpoints so clients can query the system and exchange data securely.
The result is a portal that simplifies logistics communication between company and client, ensuring transparency, control, and full operational autonomy.
